Environmental Information Document (2021)
This Environmental Information Document (EID) accompanies the PER. This document describes the community wastewater system, any potential impacts to environmental or community resources that could be caused by the proposed system, and how those impacts will be avoided or mitigated if the project is constructed. The EID, and ultimately a determination of no significant impact by both Vermont DEC and the U.S. EPA, are required in order for the project to move forward and to remain eligible for state and federal funding programs/grants.
